- Buyer is subject to be charged 40% restocking fee for any returned item unless the item is not as promised or is a warranty issue.

- We may substitute or possibly refund damaged or lost product while the insurance claim is paid by the carrier.
- With prior authorization, all damaged/unwanted items must be returned with all original contents and components in their original packaging.

In case of damaged parcel:
* Please be advised that it is a possibility that the carrier might damage items during shipping.
* Please do check the package properly prior to accepting the item from the carrier.
* Should you notice any damage or any other visible unusual impact to the parcel that might have damaged the item, please do not accept it.
* Should you receive a damaged parcel and wish to report it, please contact us on Ebay by sending a message.
* Upon your reporting, we shall follow up with you and open a "damage claim" with the carrier.
* Please pay attention that all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved for further investigation if needed.
* Carriers might request the damaged box with the item for inspection.
* Upon terms & conditions, failure to fulfill the above-mentioned necessary processes for us to file a damaged claim shall void your warranty.
* We cannot open a damage claim with the carrier should you accept the shipped item.
* Therefore, should the item is received and accepted by the customer and we were not contacted within the warranty period, we are no longer liable for any damage.
PAYMENT & CHECKOUT TERMS
- We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address. (Credit Cards can be used through PayPal)
SHIPPING TERMS
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Items shall be shipped within 1-3 business days.
- The tracking number will be provided via Ebay as soon as items are shipped.
- Local pick up is NOT available. Please do not solicit. However, we might call the buyer for a drop off should the address is within the vicinity of our warehouse.
- International Buyers (out of the United States) are responsible for duties of their own countries' customs etc.
- We shall not be held accountable for your package should anything wrong happened with the packages outside of the United States.
- Please be sure the address you have on PayPal matches the address you want us to ship to. We only ship to the confirmed address that PayPal provides us.
- Any address change requested by the buyer must be confirmed by our customer service before transaction.
- We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service for the additional shipping fee if it is not indicated.
- Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, we may combine your order that are purchased on the same day.
- If any, shipping and return fees are not refundable.
RETURN & REFUND TERMS
- Should you, in any circumstances, come across any problem, it must be reported within seven days of receipt of the item.
- We do NOT give refund on shipping charges.
- We shall accept returns for purchases that were not listed with correct information and/or correct item shipped. However, as mentioned above, 40% restocking fee shall be charged if the return has nothing to do with a warranty issue.
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance.
- RMA is required for all returns; please contact our customer service with any problems.
- As mentioned above, any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
